Reserve your room at the Amway 1-800-253-3590 before Feb. 3, 2012 (room block is lifted after this and guest rooms are not guaranteed available).

Single (1 person)  $118/night + tax
Double (2 person)  $133/night + tax

Lifelink USA is requesting $60/person to help cover conference costs.    You may make the check payable to “Lifelink” and give to Karyn at the conference or mail ahead of time to:
