Alan Scotland

Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Principal and Lecturer at Trinity School of Theology

Alan is a former student of the Bible College of Wales and is a respected pastor to pastors. He and his wife, Betty, have been in ministry for over 25 years, travelling extensively throughout the UK and into Africa, USA, South America, China, Hong Kong, India and Europe. He also serves on the Board of UCB (United Christian Broadcasters). They founded Lifelink International which comprises an international group of churches and ministries.

Involved in strengthening churches and training leaders, Alan is keen to develop relationships across the wider church and unlock ministry resources in people so that they are positioned for the imminent worldwide harvest. They have four grown-up children, three sons and one daughter.

Barry Fitzpatrick

Trustee; Visiting Lecturer in Pastoral Ministry at Trinity School of Theology
BSc. Chartered Eng.

Previously an engineer for many years, Barry now is the lead elder of Northgate Church, Chester. He has a real heart for relational development within the church and this is evidenced in the strong working relationships he has with other churches in Chester, the UK and overseas. He travels regularly to Africa to teach at Hope Bible College and to provide support and counsel to church groups in Zimbabwe and beyond.

He is married to Christine and they have a daughter and two sons.

Ian Rawley

Trustee; Vice Principal and Visiting Lecturer at Trinity School of Theology
JP; MA (Cantab.); MTh (Bangor University); Barrister-at-Law; Pastor

Ian became a Christian in 1974 and was dramatically baptised in the Holy Spirit soon afterwards. After studying history in the USA, he read law at St John's College, Cambridge and then completed his legal studies in London to become a barrister in 1980. Not long afterwards, he went to Bible College to prepare for 'full-time' Christian ministry. It was while he was there that he met and married his wife Carole.

Along with his wife, he has pastored churches in South Wales and West Yorkshire, and currently leads New Life Church, Cambridge. Through their clear prophetic and teaching ministry, they are involved in the oversight of the churches that are part of Lifelink International, as well as ministering to the wider church. Their four children are aged between 17 and 25.

Chris Williams

Trustee; Visiting Lecturer at Trinity School of Theology
ARCM; MA

Chris has oversight and teaching responsibilities for the Worship elective at Trinity School of Theology. He is a full time elder of London Community Church and has been in ministry for many years.

He is trained in music, having studied piano performance and musicianship for four years at the Royal College of Music. Thus, he gained wide experience in professional music before being invited to undertake further study as a mature student in conducting skills and composition.

He has also worked in the business community for many years. Chris is married to Nikki and they have two daughters at university.
