Andrew Gray
Trust Operations Director
BSc FCA
Andrew is the Operations Director of Global Horizons and is responsible for implementing Board policy and he also runs the Trust leadership team. He has led project Nehemiah - the project responsible for taking the work of the Trust into its future. He became a Christian while studying at Aberdeen University and has a heart to see the Christian message taken to the nations and understands the great need to properly train church leaders and workers for their task this century.
Before joining Global Horizons, he held senior financial positions in Boots and Arthur Andersen. He is married to Kristina and they have two beautiful twin daughters.
David Curnock
Maintenance Manager
David is responsible for ensuring that the building fabric of the old site of the College in Swansea is kept functioning and in good repair.
David grew up on a farm in Worcestershire and in 1963 trained with the Church Army. Since then he has worked mainly in hostels for the homeless, most recently with the Birmingham City Mission. He married Jenny in 1971. They have three daughters and three grandchildren. In 2003, they felt called to serve God in practical ways at the Bible College of Wales, leaving their family and church in Birmingham (Church Alive). David's varied skills and gifting in practical maintenance have earned him the nickname of 'Mr Fix-it' as there is little he can't turn his hand to!
Sarah Buggins
Receptionist
Sarah is the assistant administrator and receptionist for the Trust. Her main responsibilities are handling enquiries from the public via the telephone, welcoming visitors,administrative support for staff, and assisting the Trust accountant.
Steve McKenzie
Trust accountant
JP, BA Hons (Applied Languages), Liverpool
Steve is the Trust's part-time Bursar and Accountant and is responsible for looking after all of the organisation’s finances and other related matters. He has many years of experience in business in both operations and management which the Trust has greatly benefited from.
He is married to Roni and they have two grown-up sons. He lives in Carmarthen where he also serves as a magistrate. He enjoys walking, gardening, driving, travelling and watching most sports.
Jeff Moore
Trust Estate Manager
Jeff is responsible for all of the Trust’s estate and is was responsible for fitting out the new non-residential centre that has become Trinity School of Theology. He moved to Swansea in 2003 with his wife Bernie to help take the work into its future. They have a real heart for the work of Global Horizons and both have heavily invested their talents into the work.
He is managing director of Oakmoores Interiors - a successful interior contracting company which operates all over the UK. He is a qualified carpenter and has just under 25 years of project management experience.
Alan Scotland
Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Principal and Lecturer at Trinity School of Theology

Alan is a former student of the Bible College of Wales and is a respected pastor to pastors. He and his wife, Betty, have been in ministry for over 25 years, travelling extensively throughout the UK and into Africa, USA, South America, China, Hong Kong, India and Europe. He also serves on the Board of UCB (United Christian Broadcasters). They founded Lifelink International which comprises an international group of churches and ministries.
Involved in strengthening churches and training leaders, Alan is keen to develop relationships across the wider church and unlock ministry resources in people so that they are positioned for the imminent worldwide harvest. They have four grown-up children, three sons and one daughter.
Ian Rawley
Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Vice Principal and lecturer at Trinity School of Theology

Ian became a Christian in 1974 and was dramatically baptised in the Holy Spirit soon afterwards. After studying history in the USA, he read law at St John's College, Cambridge and then completed his legal studies in London to become a barrister in 1980. Not long afterwards, he went to Bible College to prepare for 'full-time' Christian ministry. It was while he was there that he met and married his wife Carole.
Along with his wife, he has pastored churches in South Wales and West Yorkshire, and currently leads New Life Church, Cambridge. Through their clear prophetic and teaching ministry, they are involved in the oversight of the churches that are part of Lifelink International, as well as ministering to the wider church. Their four children are aged between 18 and 27, the two older ones being married.
Barry Fitzpatrick
Trustee; Visiting Lecturer in Pastoral Ministry at Trinity School of Theology

Previously an engineer for many years, Barry now is the lead elder of Northgate Church, Chester. He has a real heart for relational development within the church and this is evidenced in the strong working relationships he has with other churches in Chester, the UK and overseas. He travels regularly to Africa to teach at Hope Bible College and to provide support and counsel to church groups in Zimbabwe and beyond.
He is married to Christine and they have a daughter and two sons.
Chris Williams
Trustee; Visiting Lecturer at Trinity School of Theology

Chris has oversight and teaching responsibilities for the Worship elective at Trinity School of Theology. He is a full time elder of London Community Church and has been in ministry for many years.
He is trained in music, having studied piano performance and musicianship for four years at the Royal College of Music. Thus, he gained wide experience in professional music before being invited to undertake further study as a mature student in conducting skills and composition.
He has also worked in the business community for many years. Chris is married to Nikki and they have two daughters at university.
Mike Brown
Visiting Lecturer in Missiology
MA, PGCE, BSc
Mike was born in 1960 and raised in the city of Manchester. After studying mathematics at Liverpool University he became a Christian at the age of 21. Believing it was right for him to become a missionary in Albania, he attended the Bible College of Wales from 1983-1986. In 1989 he went out to live in Kosovo province in what was then known as Yugoslavia.
He was involved in Bible teaching ministry both in Kosovo and among Slovak believers in the northern province of Vojvodina. After moving to Albania in July 1991, Mike then began a church-planting ministry in and around Korca, southeast Albania in 1991.
This continued until 2002 whilst working at various times on an MA in Missiology from Fuller Seminary in California. Mike's work culminated in working full-time for two years (2002-2004) in the Albanian Bible Institute, Durres. He and his wife Suela, along with their two children, Nathanael and Anastasia, presently live in Swansea. Mike is also a qualified teacher of mathematics.
Mike Orsmond

Mike Orsmond is from East London, South Africa. There he spent most of his youth playing competitive water polo and surfing at Nahoon beach. In the last year of high school, at the age of 17, he became a Christian and started on the great adventure with God by daily following Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Having completed a Bachelors of Commerce degree at Rhodes University and following a very short stint as a school teacher, Mike felt God was calling him into youth work. So, for the next two years he was a youth worker in a Baptist Church in South Africa. Then he came to London for a one-year working holiday. However, many opportunities opened up for him and now, some years later, he is still living in the United Kingdom.
During his time in London he not only worked for a Japanese commercial bank but also worked for an Anglican church, St Michael's, as a lay assistant, before going to the London School of Theology to do both an undergraduate theological degree and a Masters in Aspects of Biblical Interpretation. Prior to working at Trinity, Mike was an Open Learning tutor at the London School of Theology, and the associate minister at Rickmansworth Baptist Church.
Peyton Jones

Peyton Jones, who is from the USA, has been in full-time ministry since 1993. His background in ministry comes from the mega-church context in Huntington Beach California. Becoming a Youth Pastor at 19 years old, he cut his teeth on ministry until the same church asked him to become an Assistant Pastor two years later. Peyton later served as interim pastor, where he served until the Lord called him as an overseas missionary.
Since 1999, Peyton has served as an evangelist, pastor, and church-planter. As well as pastoring Pillar Community Church, Peyton currently teaches the Old Testament modules.
Tony Martin
Visiting Lecturer in Prayer & Mission; Christianity & the Arts
MTh; BA.
As a young man Tony earned a first class honours degree in Fine Art. Shortly thereafter he became a Christian, and ever since has been seeking to bring together Christianity and the arts. Tony is lead elder of Mid-Somerset Community Church in Glastonbury, UK, and recently spearheaded the first annual Grace festival in the town. Grace is a Christian-themed, fringe arts festival incorporating music, drama, painting and other art forms.
Tony is an established artist in his own right, and often helps to run the Art Tent at the Soul Survivor youth festivals held each year at Shepton Mallett. As well as playing a significant role in the Christianity and the Arts elective, Tony teaches the prayer aspect of the 'Discipleship and Mission' module. This class, among other things, examines the prayer life of founder Rees Howells. Tony is married with one son and two daughters.
Simon Moores
Visiting lecturer in Youth & Community Outreach

Growing up in Watford, Simon left school at 18 and went to university to study applied physics. He decided that this wasn’t for him and took up a role in car sales. He was all set to join the Freemasons when a friend warned him off and challenged him to seek God. Simon challenged Jesus to prove Himself if He was real. He did. After a life-changing experience of God in his bedroom, Simon went on and committed his life to Jesus on Easter Sunday, 2000.
After running an internet business he attended the Bible College of Wales in 2003 and studied for 2 years with a new calling in youth work. He was married to Helen in Sept 2006 and now works supporting youth work.
Helen Williamson

Helen came to the college in February 2003 with her husband Gordon, following a year of study at Bizweni Bible College, near Cape Town, South Africa. Part of their time there was spent as house parents to the other students which helped to prepare them for their new roles at the Bible College of Wales.
Richard Maton
Visiting Speaker
Richard, a previous Principal , along with his wife, Kristine, were both deeply influenced by the ministry of the late Director of BCW, Samuel Howells. They continue to support the staff and students through intercessory prayer as the Lord directs along with other projects within the community. Richard also speaks occassionally at College meetings.

Wendy Hitchen
Senior Administrator and Marketing Manager
BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies; Post Grad Cert in Perioperative Practice
Wendy is the Senior Administrator and Marketing Manager for the Trust. Her main responsibilities include marketing the Trust and providing administrative support to the Chair of the board.
Wendy is a qualified nurse and from 1998-2008 worked full time for the NHS as a theatre nurse.In 2008 Wendy and her husband, Jon, made a decision that Jon was to go to Bible College. Wendy has worked part time at Trinity since May 2009 in an administrative role and enjoys the variety that this position brings.
