Trust Leadership Team

Andrew Gray

Trust Operations Director
BSc FCA

Andrew is the Operations Director of Global Horizons and is responsible for implementing Board policy and he also runs the Trust leadership team. He has led project Nehemiah - the project responsible for taking the work of the Trust into its future. He became a Christian while studying at Aberdeen University and has a heart to see the Christian message taken to the nations and understands the great need to properly train church leaders and workers for their task this century.

Before joining Global Horizons, he held senior financial positions in Boots and Arthur Andersen. He is married to Kristina and they have two beautiful twin daughters.

Jeff Moore

Trust Estate Manager

Jeff is responsible for all of the Trust’s estate and is was responsible for fitting out the new non-residential centre that has become Trinity School of Theology. He moved to Swansea in 2003 with his wife Bernie to help take the work into its future. They have a real heart for the work of Global Horizons and both have heavily invested their talents into the work.

He is managing director of Oakmoores Interiors - a successful interior contracting company which operates all over the UK. He is a qualified carpenter and has just under 25 years of project management experience.

Steve McKenzie

Trust accountant
JP, BA Hons (Applied Languages), Liverpool

Steve is the part-time Bursar and Accountant for the Trust, and is responsible for looking after all of the organisation’s finances and other related matters. He has many years of experience in business in both operations and management which the Trust has greatly benefited from.

He is married to Roni and they have two grown-up sons. He lives in Carmarthen where he also serves as a magistrate. He enjoys walking, gardening, driving, travelling and watching most sports.

Wendy Hitchen

Senior Administrator and Marketing Manager
BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies; Post Grad Cert in Perioperative Practice

Wendy is the Senior Administrator and Marketing Manager for the Trust. Her main responsibilities include marketing the Trust and providing administrative support to the Chair of the board.

Wendy is a qualified nurse and from 1998-2008 worked full time for the NHS as a theatre nurse.In 2008 Wendy and her husband, Jon, made a decision that Jon was to go to Bible College. Wendy has worked part time at Trinity since May 2009 in an administrative role and enjoys the variety that this position brings.
